
The goalkeeper was England’s hero after saving two penalties against Sweden to help send the Lionesses to the semi-finals of Euro 2025.
But her story could have been totally different. She was born with the eye condition strabismus, meaning she struggles to judge distances.
When talking about the condition, Hannah said: “[When I am] pouring a glass of water – if I’m not holding the glass itself I will miss it and spill it everywhere.”
Hannah will be in goal next on Tuesday when England take on Italy with a place in the final of Euro 2025 up for grabs.
